Justice joined the firm in 2024 as a legal assistant. Justice graduated summa cum laude from the University of Chicago in 2024 with a BA in Psychology and Minors in Human Rights and Critical Race and Ethnic Studies. At the University of Chicago, Justice served as the Vice President of Women and Youth Supporting Each Other, which strives to empower young girls to make healthy life choices. She also mentored high school students in Hyde Park on financial literacy and college readiness.

Prior to joining the firm, Justice interned with the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund of Chicago. Justice also worked as an undergraduate research assistant for the Harris School of Public Policy and the Exoneration Project at the University of Chicago Law School.
